Quiz creator instructions
1. Choose the number of questions you want in your quiz and the format for the answers (radio buttons, pull-down menus, or text fields), then click Submit.
2. If you chose radio buttons or pull-down menus, fill in the number of choices per question, then click Submit.
3. Fill in the text fields for each question, typing the text for the question itself and the choices in the order you'd like them to appear. Click the radio button to the right of the choice that is the correct answer.
4. Click "See the code below" and the code will appear in the lower frame.
5. Cut and paste the code into your document. (Note: The Quiz creator does not actually show you the quiz it creates. You have to paste the code into your document to see it work.)
